Shay aura une pléiade de tenues.
Il y aura une histoire contemporaine parallèle, mais pas plus d’informations peuvent être donnée à ce sujet.
L’expérience navale sera élargie avec des fonctionnalités telles que la combustion de pétrole ou l’embarquement arrière.
Shay et Haytham auront des relations professionnelles, mais rien de plus n’a été dévoilé
Shay sera exposé au premier artefact de la civilisation comme les autre protagoniste de la franchise.
Assassin’s Creed Unity et Rogue se complètent. Ils font tout deux parti du même univers et sont reliés.
La majeure partie des missions secondaires sont liés aux Templiers, il y aura des missions liées à la Guerre de Sept Ans.
La partie la plus difficile du scénario a été la transition entre les Assassins et les Templiers

La musique du jeu correspond au thème de celui-ci, elle sera donc très sombre.
Shay n’est pas un méchant, c’est un anti-héros sombre et puissant.Le jeu se déroule dans le désert de l’Amérique du Nord, l’Atlantique Nord et New York.
Shay ne fait pas partie de l’ascendance de Desmond.Quelques dates historiques d’Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag sont mentionnées en jeu, mais aucun détail n’a été donné.
Il n’y aura pas de plongée sous-marine dans le jeu.

•You can distract guards with a firecracker gun and cover your face with a bandana to protect yourself from poisonous gasses
