BG : Gameloft without Ubisoft is nonsense, VIV clearly wants to add 5th pillar

* Gameloft without Ubisoft is « nonsense » (so UBI is next target)
* Vivendi clearly wants to add a gaming pillar to media group
* Michel Guillemot is supposed to have mailed employees he will leave on June 29 at the AGM
* BG expects Guillemot family (21,63% of Gameloft, 29,02% voting rights Gameloft) not to sell their shares immediately, it will take some time
* Hence no mandatory squeeze out in the short term.
* Recommends accepting the offer for Gameloft at € 8 per share

=> All eyes on UBI now
