Allez hop, plus qu’à espérer un communiqué joyeux sur les ventes de Far Cry primal et ce serait parfait ^^.
Sinon, il va falloir attendre 15 à 20 jours de bourse avant d’avoir de nouvelles informations officielles dithyrambiques sur The Division… Ceci dit, si les analystes pouvaient continuer à publier de façon dense pendant encore une semaine :p

Je crois que nous sommes plusieurs à avoir vu le potentiel de ce titre depuis longtemps et nous sommes progressivement passés d’un 10 millions + à un 12 millions + voire un 16 millions+ sur un an.

Tu aurais une source sur les questions de franchissement de seuil multiple ou de non relance d’OPA ? Je n’ai pas trouvé d’info sur ce sujet. -

1. Que se passe-t-il si un autre actionnaire dépasse le seuil (30%) lors d’une OPA annoncée. Doit-il lancer une contre OPA ?
=> Oui, je le pense bien !
CE QU’IL FAUT RETENIR SURTOUT C’EST QU’UNE FOIS LES 30% SONT DEPASSES, ON N’EST PLUS OBLIGE DE LANCER UNE AUTRE OPA !!!
Donc, si l’OPA n’est PAS un succès, et VIVENDI ne détient que 30% + 1 act…En afficher davantage

En tout cas un succès de cette taille devrait leur permettre de gagner du temps face à vivendi / bolloré et surtout confirmer que l’équipe actuelle est la meilleure ;).
Risque, qualité … et aussi facilité 🙂
