Moi, je suis carrément CONTRE une OPA (Vivendi) !!!
Coté investisseur :
Plutot de gagner 20-30% une seule fois (en cas d’OPA),
moi je préfère gagner 100 % tous les 5 années !coté « gamer » :
Je trouve les jeux d’Ubi extraordinaire et je suis convaincu que c’est a cause de l’indépendance de cette entreprise.En ce qui concerne fusion…En afficher davantage
