Gilbert Dupont says Vivendi unlikely to gain seat on Ubisoft board

According to Gilbert Dupont Vivendi will probably not gain seats on Ubisoft’s board as existing shareholders have no interest in granting it.
If granted, Vivendi will not be inclined to launch an offer.
In 2006, Bolloré had 30% of Aegis and wanted representation in the board but shareholders refused.
Vivendi might change its mind on launching an offer but it would be expensive and risky for Vivendi according to Dupont.
