      BG said in a note published today that US packaged game sales y/y in December were -2%, but about +6% including bundles.
      BG also notes that hardware sales in December were down 4% y/y (vs. BG expectation of a double-digit decline) because of tough comps (new-gen consoles were launched in Nov. 2013) and lower console prices.
      Xbox One was the best-selling console for the 2nd time in CY14.
      BG stated that packaged software sales were down 2% y/y (vs. BG +7% est.), but including bundled games (a major factor at end-2014) the reality is rather close to +6% (vs. BG +10% est.).
      BG said Ubisoft ranked 2 games in the Top 10 (in line with BG est.) and 4 games including bundled software (vs. BG est. of 3 games).

      BG concluded that their hierarchy of ratings remains unchanged:
      « UBISOFT (Buy – Target Price EUR21) is in our Top Pick list, and we remain cautious on GAMELOFT (Neutral – FV EUR3.3) ».

        @Lowa63

        Attention baisse de 4% en « valeur » et non pas en unités :).

        La Xone a été écoulée à 349$, c’est à dire 150$ plus bas que l’an dernier (sous l’effet des versions sans kinect notamment).

      Je retiens surtout « 4 jeux si on inclut les bundle »…

      J’ai l’impression qu’en général, c’est un peu moins qu’attendu, mais pour Ubisoft, c’est plutôt un peu mieux qu’attendu, non ?

      Et en tout cas, on parle « seulement » des ventes physiques et seulement des US.

      Hmm, les autres analystes sont plus positifs pour le secteur.
      D’après l’indication de cours avant l’ouverture de la bourse, c’est neutre pour EA, mais positif pour Activision et TTWO.
